Today we celebrate the landmark court case that paved the way for the current era’s Abortion Debate.

While it has been whittled down and was not completely overarching to begin with, we want to celebrate the people who pushed this issue to the forefront of the political consciousness. The people who fought and bled, who protested and suffered, the people who shared stories about before and after, the underground resistance in place then, and now.

We honour our forbearers who earned the acknowledgement of this right for us, and those today who are, seemingly, still fighting the same fight to make it clear that Roe is the floor, not the ceiling.
