On 06-06, our volunteers showed up in front of the fake “crisis pregnancy centers” across from each other on 4th street.

They held up signs encouraging passing drivers to HONK for choice, and offered information about how both places are not real medical offices.

Did you know that these places take in state and federal money?

They give out “free” services to people (literally, it’s only over the counter/urine pregnancy test and trans-vaginal ultrasounds) and pay their '“counselors” using NC tax dollars and TANF funding.

And what “counsel” do they offer?

“Don’t get an abortion.”

That’s it… well, minus all the religious dogma and bible verses and guilt and shaming. If you want comprehensive medical care go to an OB/GYN or a Planned Parenthood.
